Returning  Policy

1. Return Eligibility

A customer is eligible to request a product return only under the following circumstances:
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or its quality and condition have been compromised.\n- The product delivered differs from the order (e.g., incorrect color, size, or type).
  • In these cases, the customer must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Blur Collective will cover all shipping costs associated with the return process

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns will not be accepted for issues arising from the customer’s own actions or preferences. Additionally, due to the intimate nature of lingerie, returns are not permitted. We kindly ask customers to make their selections carefully
